Membership Requirements
What are the requirements to become a Tau Sigma member?
1. You must be a transfer student to George Mason University from another institution with at least 1 full year of credit from the previous institution(s) you attended.
2. You must be a full time student (12-15 credits) working for a Bachelor’s degree.
3. You must have attained a 3.5 GPA during your first semester at Mason.
*Note: If you fail to meet the GPA requirements your first semester, or you do not accept your invitation to Tau Sigma the year you are eligible for induction, you lose your eligibility!
